Cherif Hashizume | Sound & Software Designer

Cherif Hashizume is a sound engineer who has works with the likes of Jon Hopkins and Imogen Heap. As the sound designer for Matter, Cherif has built an interactive light sensor which sends a signal for a visual and sound respond depending on where light is shone on it. He has also designed the sound for the each world of the play.

    The narrative of Matter explores the relationship human beings have with light, and uses the metaphor of light as an emotion.
